Bush camping
The bush campsite is fenced but it has 3 light points and 3 plugs for electricity (24/7, max 1000W) . There are tables and moveable as well as fixed braai areas. The area is sandy but a lot of shade palms and other trees. Showers and toilets are in separated for men and woman in stone-built units. The camping has space for about 6 cars and is situated at walking distance to the main house.
Pioneer camping
We also have camping spots along the river bed with a beautiful view into the surrounding nature. The sites are further apart from each other, about 50 to 60 m, and guests use the same sanitation unit. The sites furthest away have an own “bush” shower and toilet. These are fenced, but in ‘open air’. This is camping in nature, there is no electricity or any light points.
Please note: As we don’t want to create a baboon problem we kindly ask you to take out anything you bring into the campsite to your next (city)stop, including your garbage. We have never had a baboon problem in the past and we ask you to keep it that way. Thank you for your cooperation.

With a lot of wildlife on a 14.000 ha. farm we face the same costs as public parks for maintaining roads, fences, boreholes, dams, fire breakers and other environmental matters (read more on Sustainable Tourism). We also build accommodation for our staff. As you can imagine our costs are much higher when you compare this with other B&B’s or hotels where these conservation costs do not exist. The conservation fee of N$ 100,00 (2020) is included in our accommodation price. If you have any questions about this please feel free to ask us.
