🇬🇧 Camping at Düsternbrook
Camping – Two Different Experiences
For campers, we offer two different options – depending on whether you prefer comfort or a more adventurous, nature-based stay:
Bush Camping (with electricity & facilities)
The bush camping area is fenced and offers:
- electricity and lighting
- sandy ground
- plenty of natural shade from palms and other trees
This area is ideal for guests who:
- prefer more comfort
- travel with caravans or rooftop tents
- appreciate good infrastructure
Pioneer Campsites (more natural & secluded)
Our pioneer campsites are located along the dry riverbed and provide a more authentic bush experience.
- larger distances between campsites
- greater privacy
- closer connection to nature
This option is perfect for guests seeking freedom, space and a true wilderness feeling.
Sanitary Facilities
Shared ablution facilities (showers & toilets) are available for all campers.
👉 Note:
The some campsite areas are currently being upgraded, with future plans for private campsites including their own bathrooms.
