The rates are from 1 December 2011 till 30 November 2012.
Prices are updated yearly due to permanent petrol price changes.

It is only 3 km from the farmhouse.See pictures on the website.
Camping: provide your own tent, roof tent, or caravan. New in
nov 2010 we have extended our campsite. As before we have a fenced area for
about 5 parties, with 3 light points and plugs, but now we have extended the
camping are to the outside. The new sites are along the river with a beautiful
view and the sites are further apart like 50 to 60 m. Those furthest away
have a own "bush" toilet and shower.
Please Note: The package rates are always per person
per night and include the following:
- The meals: three-course dinner (including salad, coffee/tea) and breakfast.
Lunch is not included and has to be booked separately;
- Use of our big swimming pool (only in summer), different marked walking
trails and a visit to our small wildlife infocenter with wildlife books and
magazines;
- The main attraction "Cats Unlimited", a leopard and cheetah drive, duration
+/- 50 min; departure in winter (April to September) 14.30; in summer (October
to March) 15.30;
- Safari Game Drive for plains game; duration +/- 1.5 h; departure: in winter
(April to September) 16.00; in summer (October to March) 17.00.including a
sundowner drink;
- 15% VAT and the bedlevy of 2% are included in the price;
- EXCLUDED: any change in or new goverment tax.
Please Note: 1. If you make a reservation by a travel agent or Touroperator
please mention "halfboard AND activities" which is our package price,
ONLY halfboard does NOT include the activities. 2. luxury in terms of
the tents does NOT mean "wooden floor and golden taps" , luxury
has to be seen in terms if size. It is NOT an iglo type tent, it is also not
a tent where you have to crawl in on "all four". It is a big tent,
where you can stand with a fixed walll bathroom and the entrance are aluminium
doors. Otherwise it is like a normal room but it is our most economic version
of accommodation which you can also see from the price.

- Conservation fee/day/person N$ 60.00 (no commision), for camping only N$ 30.00. Like the public parks there are certains costs related to park maintenance and looking after the environment.
The farm has during the day solar electricity but is also on the grid
so including the inside camping there is 24/7 220 V avaiable. NEW
The inside campsite has 3 lightpoints and some plugs (10A) and designated
fireplaces. We have extended the campsite outside along the river with
fire places. The outside campsites (5 ) are further apart about 50 to 60 meters.
Even in the short time they are getting very popular.
Tour guide special rate (half-board): N$ 350.00
Children:
- Up to 3 years: free of charge if sharing room with parents;- From 4 to 12 years: 50% if sharing room with parents.
Cancellation fees and payment conditions
- For any confirmation of your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid with reservation.- 28-15 Days before arrival: 50% of booked service;
- Fewer than 15 days before arrival: 100% of booked service (no refund);
- We reserve the right to increase our rates at any time in accordance with electricity and fuel price increases and any possible government taxes or changes in VAT (value added tax), bed levy, or land tax; -
- Accepted payment methods at the farm: Cash, Visa, or MasterCard.

If you stay in the rooms and safari luxury tents for two nights (fully inclusive) this drive is offered for free. |

Individual or extra fototours can be arranged in the morning at any time ( in summer not after 11.00 ). Photopraphers mostly like to go 20 minutes after sun rise. Price N$ 798.00/person.
NEW: The general park entrance and conservation fee of N$ 60.00 p.P. will allow day visitors the use of the swimming pool, info center and hiking trails and use our 4x4 trail in the mountains (duration 2 to 3 hrs).
Meals and beverages
Our kitchen and small bar offer only a small variety: sandwichs with home-baked bread or just a salad or warm meals. Warm meals have to be booked in advance or before 11:00 on the same day. We offer selected South African wines, Namibian beer, fruit juices and soft drinks.3-course light lunch, salad, coffee or tea (booking before 11.00 a.m. required): N$ 98.00 p.p, weekends N$ 145.00.
