Please Note: The rates are always per person per night.
- DBB: Three-course dinner, accommodation and breakfast. Lunch is not included and has to be booked separately. Activities are leopard and cheetah drive / or game drive / or horse-riding , see activities page.
- 15% VAT and the bedlevy of 2% are included in the rates
- Conservation fee** (N$ 60.00 p/n) is included in the rates, except hippo chalet & camping single night rates (marked with ***)
- EXCLUDED: any change in our new government tax.
Please Note: 1. If you make a reservation by a travel agent or Touroperator please mention "halfboard AND activities" which is our package price, ONLY halfboard does NOT include the activities. 2. luxury in terms of the tents does NOT mean "wooden floor and golden taps" , luxury has to be seen in terms if size. It is NOT an iglo type tent, it is also not a tent where you have to crawl in on "all four". It is a big tent, where you can stand with a fixed walll bathroom and the entrance are aluminium doors. Otherwise it is like a normal room but it is our most economic version of accommodation which you can also see from the price.

* Meals & activities can be added as you like. You can find these rates below.
** Conservation Fee: With 12.000 ha and a lot game including big game we face the same costs as public parks for maintaining roads, fences, boreholes, dams, fire breakers and other environmental matters (see Eco award), we also have to build accommodation for staff. In the past we have covered these costs only with the room rates without mentioning. Since 2010 we have published the conservation fee for more transparency. Now everyone should have a better base to compare our rates with B&Bs or hotels where these conservation costs do not exist.

**** Camping info
Bush Camping: fenced area because of free roaming game at night including Hippo. During the day the farm has solar electricity, but is also on the grid so including the bush camping there is 24/7 220 V available. The bush campsite has 3 lightpoints and some plugs (10A) and designated fireplaces.
Pioneer camping: Free area, no electricity. Pioneer campsites are situated along the river with fire places. The pioneer campsites (5) are about 50 to 60 meters apart.
Tour guide special rate (half-board): N$ 350.00
Children:
- Up to 3 years: free of charge if sharing room with parents;- From 4 to 12 years: 50% if sharing room with parents.
Cancellation fees and payment conditions
- For any confirmation of your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid with reservation.- 28-15 Days before arrival: 50% of booked service;
- Fewer than 15 days before arrival: 100% of booked service (no refund);
- We reserve the right to increase our rates at any time in accordance with electricity and fuel price increases and any possible government taxes or changes in VAT (value added tax), bed levy, or land tax; -
- Accepted payment methods at the farm: Cash, Visa, or MasterCard.
Rates for activities ( also for day visitors)
- The rates are from 1 May 2012 till 30 November 2013.
- Prices are updated half yearly due to permanent petrol price changes.
- All rates are per person, unless indicated otherwise.
- All activities only take place with a min. of 2 people
- Included in the rates: the use of our marked walking trails as well as the pool
- EXCLUDED in these rates: Conservation fee** of N$ 60.00 per person per day

| Scenic Mountain Drive | N$ 280.00 | An early morning scenic drive through the Khomas Hochland mountain range (+/- 90 min). It starts at 7.00 am and includes coffee or tee at viewpoint. If we are lucky we see the endemic Hartmann Mountain zebra. |

Individual or extra phototours can be arranged in the morning at any time ( in summer not after 11.00 ). Photopraphers mostly like to go 20 minutes after sun rise. Price N$ 798.00/person.
The conservation fee of N$ 60.00 p.P. will allow day visitors the use of the swimming pool, info center and hiking trails and use our 4x4 trail in the mountains (duration 2 to 3 hrs).
Meals and beverages
Our kitchen and small bar offer only a small variety: sandwichs with home-baked bread or just a salad or warm meals. Warm meals have to be booked in advance or before 11:00 on the same day.
