Prices are updated half yearly due to permanent petrol price changes.

Please Note: All rates (including camping) are always only per person per night and include the following:
- The meals: three-course dinner (including salad, coffee/tea) and breakfast. Lunch is not included and has to be booked separately;
- Use of our big swimming pool (only in summer), different marked walking trails and a visit to our small wildlife infocenter with wildlife books and magazines;
- The main attraction "Cats Unlimited", a leopard and cheetah drive, duration +/- 50 min; departure in winter (April to September) 14.30; in summer (October to March) 15.30;
- Safari Game Drive for plains game; duration +/- 1.5 h; departure: in winter (April to September) 16.00; in summer (October to March) 17.00.including a sundowner drink;
- 15% VAT and the bedlevy of 2% are included in the price;
- EXCLUDED: any change in or new goverment tax.

- Up to 3 years: free of charge if sharing room with parents;
- From 4 to 12 years: 50% if sharing room with parents.

Cancellation fees and payment conditions

- 42-29 Days before arrival: 25% of booked service;
- 28-15 Days before arrival: 50% of booked service;
- Fewer than 15 days before arrival: 100% of booked service (no refund);
- We reserve the right to increase our rates at any time in accordance with electricity and fuel price increases and any possible government taxes or changes in VAT (value added tax), bed levy, or land tax; - For confirmation of your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid;
- Accepted payment methods at the farm: Cash, Visa, or MasterCard.

- The activities Cats Unlimited and game drive are included for overnight visitors (except for B&B bookings).
- All rates are per person, unless indicated otherwise.
- All activities only take place with a min. of 2 people

Safari Game Drive	N$ 245.00	Possible to see: Oryx, Giraffe, Waterbuck, Zebra, Kudu, Hartebeest, Ostrich, Warthog, Baboon, Steinbuck, Wildebeest, Eland, and may be Rhino. Total duration about 1.5.to 2 hrs including sundowner drink.
Mountain Drive	N$ 245.00	An early morning activity, scenic drive into the Khomas Hochland mountain range.
Horse-riding	N$ 145.00	Horseback riding with game viewing
Rhino tracking	N$ 420.00	Tracking by car and foot, duration about 3 to 5 hrs.

For the above-mentioned activities, single persons or unscheduled tours can be accommodated for 1.5 x the regular tour rate.So a single person AND unscheduled will be 1.5.x.1.5 = 2.25 the normal rate.

Day visitors: Use of the swimming pool, info center and hiking trails is free in combination with other paid activities. Day visitors who wish to use only our swimming pool and/or our walking trails, then there is a entrance fee of N$ 60.00 p.P.

Meals and beverages

Our kitchen and small bar offer only a small variety: sandwichs with home-baked bread or just a salad or warm meals. Warm meals have to be booked in advance or before 11:00 on the same day. We offer selected South African wines, Namibian beer, fruit juices and soft drinks.

3-course light lunch, salad, coffee or tea (booking before 11.00 a.m. required): N$ 98.00 p.p.
3-course dinner, salad, coffee or tea (booking before 5:00 p.m. required):N$ 195.00 p.p.
Breakfast: N$ 75.00 p.p.

Children
Children till 3 years old: free of charge
Children 4 to 12 years old: 50%

Transfer

From international airport (90km) price per car, 4 to 6 people per drive: N$ 760.00
From Windhoek (50km) price per car, 4 to 6 people per drive: N$ 430.00
